Trout skin for Fish

Adds a new skin for Fish.
Based on the "Treacherous Trout" skin from Realm of the Mad God

common installation instructions:
1. download and install ntt if you haven't already
2. unzip the folder and place the folder inside into the mods folder alrighjt
3. go in game and do /load trout
4. enjoy :)

i made this in like an hour, it's not 100% serious
